What to Expect

When you come in for your first appointment at Dentistry on Green Lane, our treatment coordinator will ask you to complete a New Patient Form and Medical Form.

Before we start your dental cleaning, we would like to do a thorough examination of your teeth and gums and will also review your past medical and dental history. This includes:

• A review of previous dental treatments you have received, including your medical history
• Performing a complete oral exam
• Dental X-rays (if required)

Once you meet with your hygienist and dentist, we will develop a comprehensive treatment plan to keep your smile health on track.

We can also discuss your individual smile goals at this time.
